| June 2, 2004: Due to the large number of people still trying to
reach us through the POLLUTECH web site and e-mail, we have reactivated a
one page web site at http://www.pollutech.com
that redirects people back to the new web site. In addition, we have
added the "Ghost
E-Mail Recovery System" to try and identify important
contacts that have not switched to the CENSOL e-mail address.

| March 1, 2004: The POLLUTECH web site and portal that was opened in
August 2003 was closed, as the Pollutech team relocated their consolidated
web site to http://www.pollutechgroup.com
and the old Pollutech sites were shut down. The pointer from http://www.pollutechinternational.com
will continue to function until March 31, 2004.

| July 10, 2003: The CENSOL web site was upgraded to start adding the
project details that better describe the work completed by the CENSOL and
POLLUTECH team. The international information is complete and the
domestic information will follow.

| August 1, 2003: The CENSOL-POLLUTECH Strategic Alliance PORTAL was
opened at http://www.pollutech.com so as to facilitate access to national
and international project capabilities for one location.

better represent the services available from CENSOL Inc. (formerly
POLLUTECH International Limited).
