| Robert "Bob" Laughton
was the 4th child and 3rd son of David
Laughton 1861. Unlike his older brothers, he was too young to serve
in the Great War, having reached the age of service only in the final
year of the war.
Robert married Margaret Beth Irwin (b. September

In June 2010 we received correspondence from "Barbara Colleen
Laughton Sauder Pecze" that provides an update to this section of
the family tree. While we are awaiting an update of all the details,
here are the factual statements provided by Cousin Colleen:

My name is Barbara Colleen Laughton Sauder Pecze (b.1952), divorced William Sauder in 1992 and
remarried Nick Paul Pecze in 2004 in Australia.
My older son, Derek William Douglas Sauder, Will (b.1978) married Melissa Jacobson in 2000 and they had two children, Zada Roxanne Sauder now 10, and Pilot Kemper Sauder, now 4. Will and Melissa divorced in 2009, and Melissa married and Englishman Joe Willmott in 2010. Will is an
electrciian and a mortician.
My younger son, Leon Keegan Sauder, is a pro skateboarder, and has a performers visa which allows him to be in the US whenever and for how long he pleases. Keegan lives with his girlfriend, Andria Lessler in San Francisco.
My Mum was Margaret Beth Irwin (b. 1915) (died 2000), and my Dad was Robert Burns Laughton (b.1900) (died 1977).
My brother is Robert Irwin Laughton (b. 1939) (died?) married Kathleen Guilbeault (b.1945) (died)? and they had children Robert and Jane.
Minnie Laughton was my grandma, and David Laughton Senior was my granddad; do you know when they came to Nelson, BC. And is my cousin Ivan still alive? My brother Bobby is in Edmonton Alberta, but that's all I know.
I live in Albury, NSW, Australia, and my husband, an electronics engineer, repairs medical and industrial equipment, and has his own business Albury Calibration.
I'm terrible with dates, so I will have to go through my old stuff, which isn't at lot, mostly picture. And speaking of pics, the link to pictures would not work on the ancestry website.
